Iceland Highlands
Private Jeep Tour with Licensed Guide

Experience the wild and remote Iceland Highlands — one of the most dramatic and powerful regions of the country. This private tour with a licensed guide and a Jeep takes you deep into volcanic deserts, glacier rivers, rainbow mountains, and steaming geothermal valleys that make the Highlands truly unique.
Landmannalaugar — Private Highlands Tour by Jeep
The Iceland Highlands are the territory where the island itself was formed — among rhyolite mountains, steaming valleys, glacial rivers, and geothermal landscapes. This region is about scale, silence, and the feeling of standing at the edge of the world.

This Landmannalaugar private tour is one of the most impressive routes in the Iceland Highlands. We leave the asphalt behind and head into volcanic off-road terrain by Jeep — far beyond the reach of regular buses.

The route takes us across lava fields, geothermal areas, and the multicolored rhyolite mountains of Landmannalaugar, one of the most iconic and photogenic regions in Iceland. The landscapes here look as if you have stepped back into the era of

Earth’s formation. It is no coincidence that this area frequently appears in National Geographic features.
After our walk through the Highlands, we arrange a barbecue in nature. Upon request, you can bathe in the natural hot springs of Landmannalaugar.

Suitable for: travelers seeking the best Iceland Highlands tours and unique natural routes away from crowds, guided by a licensed private guide.

Kerlingarfjöll — Geothermal Hiking in the Iceland Highlands
Kerlingarfjöll is one of the most impressive geothermal areas in Iceland and one of our favorite routes for hiking in the Highlands.

The Kerlingarfjöll mountain range is located between the glaciers Langjökull and Hofsjökull, the second and third largest glaciers in the country. The mountains rise to 600–700 meters above sea level, forming a dramatic and colorful highland landscape.
In the geothermal valley of Hveradalir, you will see fumaroles, bubbling mud pools, and active hot springs. The area offers hiking trails of varying difficulty — from short scenic walks to full trekking routes through steaming valleys and rhyolite slopes.
Suitable for: travelers who enjoy active adventures, geothermal landscapes, and non-standard private tours in the Iceland Highlands.
